Somatic Work is a path to nervous system balance, gut health, fertility, coherent mind and a strong immune system. 

​

Derived from the Latin word soma (body), somatic work involves specific, targeted movements scientifically proven to release tension. This practice aligns with the natural flow of the nervous system and requires only a few minutes in the morning, during the day, and before bedtime.

 

When we experience prolonged stress, our bodies shift into “fight-or-flight” mode, diverting blood flow away from vital functions like digestion, immunity, and reproduction. Somatic work helps shift the body from fight-or-flight to a restorative “rest-and-digest” state, promoting blood flow to essential organs for nourishment and detoxification.
