The New Year is the perfect time for a fresh start, and what better way to kick things off than with a detox? After completing my own 7-day detox, I’m excited to share what I learned about the transformative power of cleansing—not just for the body, but for the mind and soul too.

Our modern lifestyles often burden our bodies with excess toxins. From processed foods to environmental pollutants, our liver and kidneys work overtime to keep us healthy. 2. Berry Bliss Cleansing Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Benefits:Berries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins that protect your liver from oxidative stress. Chia seeds add fiber, promoting healthy digestion and toxin elimination.


3. Tropical Turmeric Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 orange

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup water or water


Benefits:Pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that supports digestion and reduces inflammation. Turmeric and cinnamon enhance liver detoxification and combat oxidative stress as well as inflammation.
